AlH3含量对固体推进剂药浆流变性能的影响

Influence of AlH3 content on rheological properties of solid propellant slurry

为解决用AlH3 替代Al粉导致的固体推进剂药浆粘度增加、流变性能恶化等问题,采用流变学测试方法研究了AlH3 含量对于固体推进剂药浆流变性能的影响,如药浆粘度、动态模量、触变性、温度等.结果表明:推进剂药浆的表观粘度与AlH3 的含量存在很强的正相关性;AlH3 含量为 16%推进剂药浆的剪切速率高于临界剪切速率后出现了"熔体破裂"现象;AlH3 的加入可以提高推进剂药浆的储能模量,增强其可逆弹性形变,改善其触变性;AlH3 含量越高,剪切速率指数与粘流活化能越小,推进剂药浆粘度对剪切速率和温度的敏感性越低;AlH3 含量 8%时,药浆粘流活化能随AlH3 含量的升高而显著降低,AlH3 含量高于 8%后,药浆粘流活化能基本不随AlH3 的含量而变化.
In order to solve the problems of viscosity increase and deterioration of rheological properties of solid propellant slur-ry caused by replacing Al powder with AlH3,the effects of AlH3 content on the rheological properties of solid propellant slurry,such as viscosity,dynamic modulus,thixotropy and temperature,were studied by rheological test method.The results show that there is a strong positive correlation between the apparent viscosity of the propellant slurry and the content of AlH3;when the shear rate of the propellant slurry with 16%AlH3 content is higher than the critical shear rate,the phenomenon of"melt rupture"occurs;the addition of AlH3 can increase the storage modulus of the propellant slurry,enhance its reversible elastic deformation and im-prove its thixotropy;the higher the AlH3 content is,the smaller the shear rate index and the activation energy of viscosity are,and the lower the viscosity sensitivity of propellant slurry to the shear rate and temperature is;when the content of AlH3 is 8%,the vis-cosity activation energy decreases with the increase of AlH3 content;when the content of AlH3 is higher than 8%,the viscosity ac-tivation energy of the slurry does not change with the content of AlH3.
