摘要

随着"碳达峰"、"碳中和"这一庄严承诺的提出,作为能源密集型产业的钢铁行业需要针对高碳排、高能耗的炼铁工序进行技术革新,改善用能结构,助力国家低碳发展战略的顺利实施.首先介绍了可再生能源的应用现状,作为资源型大国,中国的可再生能源如生物质能、太阳能、风能等储量丰富,具有应用于炼铁工序的巨大潜力.接着对于可再生能源应用于低碳炼铁的途径进行了分析和探讨,并分析了可再生能源在炼铁工序的应用难点:能源收集、存储及转化效率低下.最后展望了其在炼铁工序的应用前景,并提出了具有发展前景的技术路线,以期为中国低碳炼铁技术的发展提供更多的可能和源动力.

Abstract

With the solemn commitments of"carbon peaking"and"carbon neutrality",the steel industry,as an energy-intensive industry,needs to carry out technological innovation for high-carbon emissions and high-energy consumption ironmaking processes,improve the energy-using structure,and help the smooth implementation of the national low-carbon development strategy.Firstly,the application status of renewable energy was introduced,as a major resource-based country,China's renewable energy such as biomass,solar energy,wind energy,and other reserves are abundant,and have great potential for application in ironmaking processes.Then,the application of renewable energy in low-carbon ironmaking was analyzed and discussed,and the difficulties of renewable energy in the ironmaking process were analyzed,including low efficiency in energy collection,storage and conversion.Finally,the application prospect of its ironmaking process is prospected,and a promising technical route is proposed,to provide more possibilities and source power for the development of low-carbon ironmaking technology in China.
