在双碳战略的践行过程中,汽车轻量化则成为汽车工业发展的重要趋势之一.Fe-Mn-Al-C系低密度钢作为一种新型轻量化材料,因其兼具了低密度和高强塑韧性而受到国内外研究者们的广泛关注.安全性是新型轻量化材料能否应用在汽车车身结构和零部件上的另一重要考量,因此,Fe-Mn-Al-C系低密度钢的服役性能才是在实现汽车轻量化车身结构和零部件应用的关键问题.简要介绍了 Fe-Mn-Al-C系低密度钢的成分设计和拉伸性能,着重从合金元素、晶粒尺寸、第二相3个影响因素综述了国内外对Fe-Mn-Al-C系低密度钢疲劳性能的研究进展.
Review on fatigue performance of Fe-Mn-Al-C low density steels
During the implementation of the"Dual Carbon"strategy,automotive lightweight has turned into a significant trend in the development of the automotive industry.As one of lightweight materials,Fe-Mn-Al-C low density steels,have attracted extensive attention owing to a combination of low density,high strength-plasticity balance and good toughness.Another critical consideration for lightweight materials used in automotive body structure and components is their safety performance.Hence,the service performance of Fe-Mn-Al-C low density steels is the key issue in achieving the application.The composition design and tensile properties of Fe-Mn-Al-C low density steels were briefly introduced,and the research progress on the fatigue performance corresponding to the factors of alloy elements,grain size,and secondary phases was focused on.
