Research on pressure straightening F-6 model of wide-heavy plates and calculation of straightening stroke based on ANSYS
In order to solve the flatness problem of wide-heavy plates during straightening,a thorough study was conducted on the pressure straightening process based on the"three-point reverse bending"straightening principle.Application of elastic-plastic deformation theory,a four-stage concentrated load-deflection(F-δ)model was established for the cross-section at the loading point, describing the"elastic deformation → elastic-plastic deformation → plastic deformation → elastic rebound"process. This model was used to determine the reverse bending deflection and the straightening stroke of wide-heavy plates during the straightening process.Based on the calculated straightening stroke from the four-stage concentrated load-deflection(F-δ)model,pressure straightening finite element simulation tests were carried out on wide-heavy plates of different size specifications using the ANSYS finite element method. The simulation results show that by adopting the four-stage concentrated load-deflection(F-δ)model,the residual deflection at the loading point cross-section is controlled within 3%,and the flatness along the bending direction is controlled within 5 mm/m,verifying the feasibility of the four-stage concentrated load-deflection(F-δ)model in the pressure straightening of wide-heavy plates.
