Scale Measurement and Driving Force Analysis of Agricultural Land Operation in Jingtai County Based on Benefit Maximization
With the development of economy and society, the small-scale decentralized management model can no longer meet the requirements of modern agricultural development, and the moderate scale management of land has become inevitable.Taking Jingtai County of Baiyin City as the research area, this paper first fits the C-D production function from the perspective of maximizing land benefit to measure the appropriate scale of agricultural land management in Jingtai County.Secondly, combined with principal component analysis, the change of cultivated land area and its driving factors in Jingtai County were analyzed. The results show that,(1)the average suitable management scale of farmland labor in Jingtai County is 2.513 hm2,and the average suitable management scale of households is 5.68 hm2.(2)The dynamic attitude of cultivated land use change in Jingtai County during the 12 years(2009-2021)was greater than zero, and the cultivated land area showed a stable trend at first and then a rapid increase.(3)The main driving factors affecting the change of cultivated land area in Jingtai County are economic development, population driving force, agricultural production and policy factors. Finally, based on this, the author puts forward the realization path of the appropriate scale management of agricultural land, which provides reference for the reasonable determination of the appropriate scale of agricultural land management and the formulation of regional differential land-use policies.
