基于大数据挖掘的长三角一体化示范区生态优化能力评价

基于长三角示范区一体化建设的大背景,考虑生态优化能力标准,结合大数据词频分析法,构建了生态优化能力相关评价指标体系,再通过 Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation(CRITIC)法确定指标权重,以耦合协同度模型评价示范区一体化发展程度,分析了长三角示范区中各区县的生态优化能力与协同程度。得出以下结论,示范区中吴江区生态优化能力较强,嘉善县最为薄弱;示范区生态优化能力建设协调程度由中级失调逐渐转变为良好协调,建设耦合度处于高耦合阶段,相互影响较大,整体上呈现出有序发展趋势,具有较好的发展潜力。
Evaluation of Ecological Optimization Capability of Yangtze River Delta Integration Demonstration Area Based on Big Data Mining
Based on the general background of the integration construction of the Yangtze River Delta Demonstration Zone,considering the criteria of ecological optimization capacity,and combining the big data word frequency analysis method,the evaluation index system related to ecological optimization capacity was constructed,and then determine the weights of the indicators through the Criteria Importance Through Intercriteria Correlation(CRITIC)method to evaluate the degree of integrated development of the demonstration area with the coupled synergy model.The ecological optimization capacity and the degree of synergy among the districts and counties in the Yangtze River Delta Demonstration Zone were analyzed.The following conclusions were drawn:the ecological optimization capacity is stronger in Wujiang District and weakest in Jiashan County in the demonstration area;the degree of coordination of ecological optimization capacity building in the demonstration area has gradually changed from intermediate dissonance to good coordination,and the degree of construction coupling is in the stage of high coupling,with a large mutual influence,and the overall development trend shows an orderly development trend,with a good development potential.
