Study on the Decoupling Status and Driving Factors of Industrial Carbon Emission in Low-carbon Pilot Cities:take Changzhou City as an Example
It analysis the current situation of industrial decoupling and industrial carbon emission driving factors in Changzhou from 2011 to 2022,using OECD carbon emission decoupling index,Tapio carbon emission decoupling elasticity and LMDI index decomposition method. The study results show that in the construction of low-carbon pilot cities in Changzhou, the proportion of industrial added value and industrial added value increases, and the industrial carbon production capacity increases year by year, realizing the industrial total growth and forming the market competitive advantage;Changzhou industrial carbon emission is in the decoupling state of industrial carbon reduction in Changzhou from 2011 to 2022 is the energy intensity effect, and the primary factor of industrial carbon emission increase in Changzhou is the industrial scale effect.
