秦巴山区生态经济系统协调度评价--以四川省广元市为例

以四川秦巴山区广元市为例,将广元市的7个区县作为基本研究单元,在2005—2010年的土地利用数据和GDP数据的分析基础上,对广元市生态系统服务价值和国内生产总值的变化率进行计算,建立适合当地局势发展的生态经济系统协调度(EEH)模型,以形成四川秦巴山区广元市2005—2010年间EEH的评价准则和方法。2005年至今 ESV变化趋势显示:生态系统整体上处于健康状态;GDP增长整体上呈现出中、东部高,西、南、北低的趋势;EEH空间特征表现为生态经济协调区在中、东部区域,生态经济冲突区在西、南、北部区域。虽然利州区、昭化区、旺苍县、苍溪县的生态经济关系存在潜在的危机,但大体还是处于协调状态,通过采取生态环境保护治理的措施,就可以逐步向高协调状态转变。
Evaluation on the Coordination of Ecological and Economic Systems in the Qinba Mountain Areas:A Case Study of Guangyuan City in Sichuan Province
Taking Qinba Mountain Areas of Sichuan province in Guangyuan city as an example ,this paper employs the seven counties as the basic research unit in Guangyuan city .Based on the land use data from 2005 to 2010 and GDP data ,we analyzes the ecosystem services value in Guangyuan city and calculates the rate of change of gross domestic product ,trying to establish suitable model ,namely ,the situation of the development of the local ecological economy system coordination degree (EEH) model ,which would be helpful to form the EEH evaluation criteria and methods of Qinba Mountain Areas in Sichuan province from 2005 to 2010 in Guangyuan city .Since 2005 ESV trend shows :the ecological system as a whole in healthy state ;Overall GDP growth in the present high ,east ,west ,south ,north low trend ;EEH space characteristic performance for ecological coordinated economic zone in the middle and eastern area ,ecological economic conflict zone in the west ,south and north area .Although obviously ,zhao area ,wangcang county ,cangxi county of ecological economic relations a potential crisis ,but are generally in a state of coordination ,through the ecological environment protection measures ,can gradually to the high coordination state transitions .
