On Coordinated Development of Provincial Tourism in China under the New Dual-Circulation Development Pattern
Tourism enjoys great radiation and linkage effects,as well as good internal and external circulation capacities.The coordinated development of regional tourism is of great significance in promoting the high-quality development of regional tourism,the internal circulation of domestic tourism and the external circulation of international tourism.This paper took 31 provinces in China as research objects to construct the evaluation index system of the coordinated development of China's tourism.With the help of coupling coordination model and the standard deviational ellipse,this paper analyzed the development status and evolutionary trend of coordinated development of tourism in China.Besides,by using the gravity model and the social network analysis,this paper studied the spatial connection intensity of the coordinated development of tourism in these provinces.The study indicated that:(1)The coordinated development of China's tourism generally presented a trend of being obvious in eastern areas,stagnatnt in western areas with the central as the transition zone,leading to the Matthew effect,and therefore,the focus of the coordinated development of tourism gradually moved to the southwest areas.(2)The network structure of spatial linkage is gradually converging in a planar manner,and the growth poles formed in eastern and central provinces played a vital radiation role.In addition,the clustering based on the criterion of spatial connection intensity gradually concentrated and at the same time,broke geographical restrictions.It was thus proposed that the eastern region should break the bottleneck of coordinated development of tourism through innovation,the central region need fully explore its tourism advantages,and the western region shall make progress in all aspects and achieve overall development.By doing so,the vitality of tourism among provinces can be fully stimulated and the flow of tourism elements among regions can be promoted and the coordinated development of tourism from a small region to a large region can be realized,thus improving the level of coordinated development of tourism in China little by little.
