On Land Ecosystem Service Value Estimation and Its Compensation Standards:A Case Study of Nujiang Prefecture,Yunnan Province
Taking Nujiang Prefecture in Yunnan Province as the research object, this paper, based on land use, economy and energy data of the place in 2020,used the ecological service function value method and the carbon emission method to calculate the ecological compensation standards,so as to solve the technical problem of"how much to compensate"in terms of ecological compensation. The results showed that:(1)In 2020,the land ecosystem service value of Nujiang Prefecture was 30.525 billion yuan,of which the forest ecosystem service value reached 23.368 billion yuan, accounting for 76.55%;(2)In 2020,the land ecosystem of Nujiang Prefecture absorbed a total of 5 619.934×104 tons of carbon, which could be converted into an economic value of 15.359 billion yuan;(3)In 2020,the value range of the ecological compensation standard of Nujiang Prefecture varied from 412 million yuan to 1.119 billion yuan.It was reasonable to take the average value within the limit as the ecological compensation that should be obtained. Therefore, the total ecological compensation standard that Nujiang Prefecture should receive was 765.5 million yuan.
