聘用农业经理人对农民合作社绿色转型影响研究——以四川省为例

本文将农业经理人的人力资本要素纳入合作社绿色转型行为决策讨论,探索聘用农业经理人与合作社绿色转型的关系。基于 2021 年四川省 520 家合作社的调查数据,运用Poisson和Probit模型实证检验聘用农业经理人对农民合作社绿色转型的影响及作用机理。实证结果显示,聘用农业经理人能显著促进合作社绿色转型,且对平原丘陵地区合作社及县级示范社的绿色转型作用更大。聘用农业经理人可以通过强化技术供给和提高互联网应用来促进农民合作社绿色转型。
On Impact of Employing Agricultural Managers on the Green Transformation of Farmer Cooperatives:A Case Study of Sichuan Province
This paper explored the relationship between employing agricultural managers and the green transformation of farmer cooperatives by bringing the human capital factors of agricultural managers into the behavioral discussion of the green transformation of cooperatives.Based on the 520 cooperatives data in Sichuan Province in 2021,the effect of employing agricultural managers on the green transformation of cooperatives and its mechanism were empirically tested by using Poisson and Probit Models The results showed that employing agricultural managers could significantly promote the green transformation of cooperatives,and had a greater effect on the green transformation of cooperatives in plains and hilly areas as well as on county-level demonstration cooperatives.Besides,employing agricultural managers could influence the green transformation of cooperatives by strengthening technology supply and improving internet application.
