On Analysis of Coupling Coordination Characteristics and Obstacles of High Quality Development System in the Mining Industry
The high-quality development of mining industry was an objective requirement and inevitable choice for realizing the sustainable and healthy development of mining industry in the new era.Based on the perspective of new development concept,an evaluation index system containing 5 dimensions and 25 indicators was constructed in this paper.And the entropy weight method,the modified coupling coordination degree and the obstacle degree model were used to demonstrate the high-quality development of China's mining industry.The results indicated that from 2011 to 2022,the high-quality development of China's mining industry had been generally improved,although it remained overall low and internally imbalanced,showing distinct phases.A development pattern characterized by"innovation-opening-green"had been initially formed,with innovative and green development serving as the main driving factors for the high-quality development and improvement of mining industry.Furthermore,the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree between the five systems were observed to fluctuate and rise,with the former being upgraded from primary coordination to intermediate coordination,while the latter being transitioned from near misalignment to intermediate coordination.However,the obstacle degree of shared development and coordinated development within the mining sector was relatively large,with indicators such as the proportion of large and medium-sized mining enterprises,contributions of mining transfer revenues,and the proportion of green mines identified as the main obstacle factors.It was suggested to take targeted measures to further enhance the high-quality development of China's mining industry by supplementing the short board and consolidating the strong points.
