On Level Measurement and Type Classification of In-depth Integration Development of Culture and Tourism:A Case Study of Inner Mongolia
By employing methods such as literature analysis and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),an evaluation system for the development level of in-depth integration development of culture and tourism was established.Taking Inner Mongolia as an example,the system measured and evaluated the development level across the region as well as the leagues and cities of Inner Mongolia.The results indicated that:(1)The in-depth integration development of culture and tourism focused on multi-dimensional integration,including industrial integration,strategic integration,and technological integration.Based on the structure of"goal layer-criterion layer-domain layer-indicator layer",an evaluation system containing 41 indicators for the in-depth integration development of culture and tourism was constructed;(2)an evaluation matrix for the in-depth integration development of culture and tourism,drafted by utilizing the attribute analysis-evaluation model,can be divided into eight types,including synergistic integration,industrial lag,technological leadership,and others;(3)the in-depth integration development of culture and tourism in Inner Mongolia belonged to the synergistic integration,but the level of technological integration across the region was relatively low.Hohhot and three other cities were classified as synergistic integration,five leagues and cities such as Wuhai were classified as traditional integration,Tongliao and Bayannao'er were classified as strategic support type,and Wulanchabu was categorized as industrial lag.
