Analysis of Internal Spatial Distribution and Influencing Factors of Delivery Factories Based on Accessibility Evaluation:Taking Shipai Village of Guangzhou City as an Example
In the era of mobile Internet, the aggregation of takeaway industry forms a new urban space called"Takeaway Factory".Combining fieldwork and interviews with shop operators and takeaway riders, this study introduces accessibility indicators to analyze the degree of penetration and spatial characteristics of takeaway shops within the"Takeaway Factory"in Shipai Village,Guangzhou. The results of the study show that:in terms of aggregation pattern and location preference, there are significant differences between takeaway shops and traditional dine-in restaurants, presenting the spatial layout characteristics of homogeneous clustering and a tendency to penetrate deeply into the streets and lanes;in terms of accessibility, takeaway shops are more inclined to choose locations with average accessibility, and there are few takeaway shops in areas with either the best or the worst accessibility.Considering the influencing factors of shop operation and rider delivery,it is pointed out that as accessibility decreases, the rental cost of shops decreases while the time cost of rider delivery increases, and the extent to which takeaway shops penetrate into the interior of plots depends on the optimal balance between the two factors.
