Evaluation of Multi-scenario Optimization Operation Mode for Comprehensive Energy Service Projects
A stable and sufficient comprehensive energy supply is an indicator that comprehensive energy service projects focus on.Based on three existing optimization modes in literature, five indicators including operating cost, comprehensive energy supply loss rate, loss penalty, proportion of new energy, and consumption rate of new energy are used to reconstruct the evaluation system of economic optimization operation mode, environmental optimization operation mode, and energy-saving optimization operation mode. The optimal values of the five indicators under the three optimization operation modes are obtained.AHP is used to set subjective weights for the five indicators, and simulation results are combined to comprehensively evaluate the three optimization operation modes. In subjective weight scoring, the weight of the comprehensive energy supply loss rate is the highest, and the penalty loss for failure is in the middle position. The simulation results of three optimized operating modes all indicate that there is still room for improvement in the proportion of new energy.Project evaluators can determine the operational mode of comprehensive energy service projects based on these 5 indicators.
