Preliminary research on the construction method of unified real estate registration system
The real estate registration system is an important technical support for the implementation of the unified real estate registration system.Since the implementation of the unified real estate registration system,in accordance with the top-level design of the information platform construction and in combination with their own actual conditions,various localities have established a decentralized registration system based on counties and districts to support the various business handling of real estate registration.With the gradual improvement of the real estate registration system and the continuous improvement of national government services for the convenience of the people,the decentralized real estate registration system construction mode has been unable to fully meet the needs of improving the quality of real estate registration and ensuring information security.Facing the urgent need of upgrading the real estate registration system,this paper analyzes the existing construction mode and existing problems of the national real estate registration system,and compares the advantages and disadvantages of the decentralized registration system and the unified registration system from five aspects.The"provincial-level"unified registration system construction idea,the standardized construction basis of registration business and the framework idea of"Internet+e-government external network+Intranet"three-network linkage and multi-system coordination have been carried out to provide a beneficial technical exploration to promote the national real estate registration system from decentralization to unification.
