Exploration and implementation of Hunan unified real estate registration platform construction
In order to continuously optimize the business environment and deepen the reform of decentralized service,it is a trend to promote the construction of unified real estate registration platform with"ministerial and provincial levels,and provincial-level as the main focus".Taking Hunan as an example,this article analyzes a series of problems with the existing decentralized construction model,such as inconsistent business,imbalanced technical support and service capabilities.It explores the suitable overall idea for the construction of a unified platform,carries out the platform overall design and key technology application,and innovatively proposes a phased hybrid deployment model that combines provincial concentration and distribution.The practice shows that through the unified management of real estate data and the unified platform for registration business processing,the registration efficiency and service level can be comprehensively improved.Subsequently,it will provide a solid foundation for exploring the implementation of"acceptance without distinction,processing under same standard"and the following"provincial-wide unified handling"and"trans-provincial unified handling"of real estate registration business.
