Since the implementation of the unified real estate registration system,the aggregation of real estate registration data has been gradually completed,and the level of information sharing has been continuously strengthened.The real estate registration database covers massive spatio-temporal data information based on real estate units,rights,and obligees.It is of great significance to further explore the value of real estate registration data.This article combines the business characteristics of Beijing from the perspectives of management and supervision of real estate registration work,improving the level of government services,optimizing the effectiveness of business environment reform,reflecting the real estate market situation and economic vitality,and conducts multi-dimensional research to construct an indicator system.Through the indicator database,data warehousing and visual application platform,the value of real estate registration data has been explored and applied to improve the quality and efficiency of Beijing's real estate registration services,and provides decision-making support for scientific planning and construction and promotes the development of the capital in the new era.
