Research and application of real estate full-chain intelligent governance based on big data
"The intelligent governance of real estate"is a major application project included in the digital reform project library of Zhejiang as well as a major application project of the digital government.This article revolves the problems of unsound systems of natural resources assets and real estate property management,inadequate business integration,and insufficient information integration.Using digital technology,through the gathering,integration,sharing,and excavation and analysis of the multi-source heterogeneous data,real estate full-chain intelligent governance based on big data has conducted practices.The concrete implementation scheme of systematic structure,data fusion and process optimization has been set up to achieve the intelligence of the whole process business across units and departments.Practice shows that application of real estate full-chain intelligent governance based on big data improves the efficiency and technical level of real estate property rights management,reduces registration approval risks and provides data support for government decision-making and risk prevention.
