Application of real estate big data in the intelligent risk prevention and control of registration business
Real estate registration is related to the national economy and people's livelihood,involving thousands of households,and the importance of strengthening registration security management and risk prevention and control is becoming increasingly prominent,and it is very important to build a security technology system for real estate registration in advance,in-process supervision and post-audit.Based on the design framework and risk supervision system of the intelligent risk prevention and control system,this paper proposes a high-availability and high-performance risk prevention and control platform architecture and a risk supervision system construction method based on the key technologies of the big data intelligent risk prevention and control system.Taking the supervision platform of real estate registration business in Guangzhou as an example,the index system of supervision content is constructed based on the type and risk level of real estate registration business,and the management mechanism of"early warning+supervision"is established through the formulation of corresponding regulatory rules,which has been applied and verified in the registration practice,and it has high practical value for the risk management of registration business.
