Research and application of business collaboration in real estate registration using blockchain technology
To improve the efficiency of business processing,this article proposes an optimized collaborative scheme for real estate registration process based on blockchain,which involves multiple departments.Firstly,a consortium chain for collaborative office among multiple agencies is established based on the characteristics of blockchain.Secondly,methods for cross-departmental integration such as key data being stored,verified,and authenticated on the blockchain are defined.Finally,the real estate registration process is optimized,and the system construction is completed.This article selects some registration businesses as pilot projects,and effectively verifies the collaborative handling mode based on blockchain,which proves to be effective in improving the efficiency of real estate registration,reducing the foot traffic in the hall,and reducing the workload of the staff.It has certain significance for optimizing the real estate registration construction under the business environment.
