摘要
为了确保地方汇交的登记数据标准统一和内容正确,全国不动产登记信息平台建设需要开发全国通用的不动产登记数据质量检查软件.依据《不动产登记数据库标准》,基于组件与规则配置,采用面向对象的设计开发,本文阐述了数据质量检查软件的技术思路,提出了数据文件过大、检查时间过长等各种技术难题的解决方法,开发了具有数据管理、规则管理、数据检查、质量评价、数据输出等功能的不动产登记数据质量检查软件.该软件已在全国 2800 多个县级行政区推广应用,产生了显著的经济效益和社会效益.
Abstract
In the process of building a national real estate registration information platform,in order to ensure the standardization and accuracy of the registration data collected by local authorities,it is necessary to develop a nationwide quality inspection software for real estate registration data.This article elaborates on the technical approach of developing data quality inspection software based on component and rule configuration and object-oriented design according to the"Real Estate Registration Database Standard".It proposes solutions to various technical problems such as large data files and long inspection time.A real estate registration data quality inspection software with functions such as data management,rule management,data inspection,quality evaluation,and data output is developed.The developed software has been widely applied in more than 2800 counties across the country,generating huge economic and social benefits.
