Practical experience in real estate registration data governance in Guizhou Province
With the real estate registration work thoughout the in-depth development,the problems of data discrepancies,imprecise query services,and challenges in data analysis have become increasingly pronounced.These issues significantly impede the pace and efficiency of real estate registration,while resolving these issues lies in governance efforts directed towards registration data.Based on sorting out the difficulties and blockages in data integration,Guizhou has tried to optimize the data governance workflow in two aspects.Firstly,by implementing version control mechanisms of the electronic register to ensure their authority and credibility.Secondly,by establishing two governance modes,"bottom-up"and"top-down",wherein governance efforts are conducted concurrently with registration,aiming to enhance the engagement of provincial registration personnel and governance efficiency.Through this series of ways and means of optimizing the data governance workflow,the number of missing items in the real estate registration data of Guizhou has been reduced by 49%,completing the supplemental improvement of nearly half of the data.Meanwhile,the number of data filling irregularities has been reduced by 71%,furtherly strengthened the data foundation of real estate registration and strongly improved the quality of services.
