Research and practice on the quality improvement techniques of real estate registration data at the provincial level
The issue of data quality in real estate registration is a difficult problem that has affected the effectiveness of public services provided by real estate registration and information sharing between departments since the implementation of the unified real estate registration system.Due to objective reasons,it is difficult to identify and resolve all data problems at once.This paper aims to establish a continuous and normalized mechanism for improving data quality.Based on the analysis of problems in real estate registration data within the province,targeted methods are proposed to strengthen in-process data supervision for incremental data.A collaborative governance mechanism is established for successfully collected problematic data,and online updating methods are provided for such data.Meanwhile,blockchain technology is applied to construct a reliable blockchain database for real estate registration and its applications,aiming to promote data quality improvement through practical applications.The above-mentioned technical methods have been combined and applied in Guangdong,establishing a continuous and normalized mechanism for improving the quality of real estate registration data,which has effectively improved the quality of real estate registration data.
