Research on the method of integrating spatial data for real estate registration based on rule constraints
The real estate registration data integration is a complex and systematic work.As an important part of the real estate registration data,the real estate registration spatial data has complex spatial location and spatial relationship,and the data integration is more complex.This paper starts with the integration of real estate registration spatial data,based on the full analysis of the existing problems of real estate registration spatial data,combined with the characteristics of real estate registration spatial data,and in accordance with the logical sequence of"parcel-natural building-logical building-floor-household",respectively collates the list of parcels of land,natural buildings and building tabulation,proposes a method for the integration of real estate registration spatial data,and combs the integration process of parcel of land,natural building and building tabulation.A set of spatial data integration mechanism and method have been formed,hoping to provide some references for the real estate registration spatial data governance.
