摘要
本文通过研究优化营商环境改革的要求,对比其他省份的先进经验,结合北京市特色分析不动产登记的业务优化方向,从而提出通过信息化技术辅助、登记模式转变、信息集成共享等方式实现业务优化,最大限度地减环节、减材料、减时间,提升不动产登记的工作水平,提高登记业务办理效率,推进优化营商改革进程.在保障人民财产安全的前提下,不断提升企业和群众的安全感、获得感、幸福感,为北京市高质量发展提供有力支撑.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the direction of optimizing real estate registration business by studying the requirements for optimizing the reform of the business environment,comparing with the advanced experience of other provinces and cities,and combining with the characteristics of Beijing.It is proposed to achieve business optimization by using information technology assistance,registration mode transformation,information integration and sharing to minimize material,movement,and time limit,improve the level of real estate registration work,enhance the efficiency of registration business processing,and promote the process of optimizing business reform.On the premise of ensuring the safety of people's property,we continuously enhance the sense of security,gain,and happiness of the enterprise and the masses,providing strong support for the high-quality development of the capital.
