地质数据湖数据存储架构与统一元数据实现

地质数据具有多源异构、海量的特点,数据的有效管理和快速检索是地质工作人员所面对的主要技术难题.本文以湖北省地质局地质数据湖系统建设为实例,按照计算与存储分离的原则,构建了面向海量异构地质数据存储的数据湖体系架构.研究表明,通过搭建混合物理存储底座,实现了各类地质数据以原始形态汇聚与存储的目的;按照物理异构、业务统一的模式建立了地质数据湖统一元数据模型,开发了混合物理存储数据统一视图管理功能,完成了支撑各类地质数据管理与分析服务应用的基础平台建设.
Implementation of data storage architecture and unified metadata for geological data lake
Geological data has the charactertistics of multiple-source heterogeneous and massive,and the effective management and rapid retrieval of data have always been the main technical challenges for geological technicians.Taking the construction of geological data lake system for Hubei Geolocical Bureau as an example,this paper proposes a framework scheme for geological data lake under massive multi-source heterogeneous data environment,which depends on the principle of separate computing from storage.By building a hybrid storage as data pedestal,this paper realizes various types of geological data collected and stored in its raw form.In condition of physical isomerism and unified service,this paper establishes a unified metadata service management model for geological data lake,develops the unified view management function of hybrid physical storage data and completes the construction of a basic platform supporting various geological data management and analysis service applications.
