Research on key technologies for the construction of"Inteplan"imformation system for implementation and supervision of spatial planning:a case study of Changde
In order to construct and supervise the implementation of the territorial spatial planning system supported by digitization,networking and intelligence,this paper takes Changde City as an example and takes the"Inteplan"imformation system for implementation and supervision of spatial planning as the carrier and combines the actual management needs to propose a data-based,platform-supported,application-oriented planning system construction idea.This paper implements intelligent review on the planning results based on knowledge,conducts dynamic update of multi-version planning results,and applies and analyzes the key technologies of important control line monitoring and supervision based on"5G+UAV"to provide strong support for Changde City's whole-life cycle planning and management.These efforts provide references for other regions to carry out planning informatization work.
