Exploration of the"one code for land management"construction model based on data governance
With the exponential growth of data volume in the natural resources sector,a series of problems have arisen,such as insufficient business integration,inconsistent data standards,and insufficient information connectivity.Establishing data relationships and transforming them into assets have become an important issue in business management work.This article explores the construction of a"one code for land management"system with data governance,coding association,and platform application as the main paths.By understanding the business data resources base,and constructing data model,algorithm engine,and coding engine,this system codes the land elements in each stage of the entire process of land use business data,such as"adjustment,planning,approval,acquisition,supply,and registration".It estableshes spatial correlation relationships,breaks down data barriers,grasps the"past and present"situation of each plot and project,comprehensively traces their time,space,and business evolution process,and achieves the construction goals of"accurate allocation of elements,convenient and efficient approval,and rational utilization of resources".And it can promote early completion of business processes,early landing of construction projects,and early knowledge of land output.The results show that"one code for land management"can solve problems such as scattered land use business data and application difficulties,and the effect is significant.
