不同栽培方式下冬荪农艺性状及产量比较

为了研究不同栽培方式对冬荪农艺性状和产量的影响,给冬荪高效栽培提供参考依据,文章以高秆肉质型冬荪三级菌种为试材,实施不同水平下单位面积菌种播种量、菌材规格及铺材方式、菌种覆盖料处理的栽培试验,测算不同栽培处理对冬荪农艺性状和产量的影响.结果表明:菌种播种量对冬荪农艺性状基本没有影响,对冬荪出菇量和产量有较大影响,出菇量和产量随菌种投入量的增加而增加;菌材规格及铺材方式对冬荪农艺性状指标影响较小,采用长度 10 cm、径粗 5 cm规格的菌材,冬荪出菇量和产量最高;菌种覆盖竹碎料 3 kg/m2,冬荪出菇量和产量最高,菌种覆盖木叶 3 kg/m2,冬荪出菇量和产量最低.因此,菌种播种量、菌材规格及铺材方式和菌种覆盖料对冬荪农艺性状影响不大,而会直接影响冬荪出菇量和产量.
Research on the Comparison of Agronomic Traits and Yield of Phallus impudicus under Different Cultivation Methods
In order to provide reference for efficient cultivation of Phallus impudicus,it's necessary to study the effects of different cultivation methods on its agronomic traits and yield.Thus,the thesis conducted experiments on seedling quantity per unit area,specification of seedlings,material laying method and treatment of seedling covering materials at different levels,using the high-stemmed flesh three-stage seedlings as samples.The results suggests that the three factors all exerted no obvious effect on agronomic traits,but seedling quantity has a great influence on the output and yield of Phallus impudicus,and the yield increase with the increase of seed input;the yield is the highest when the seedlings'length and diameter reach 10cm and 5cm respectively,and when the seedlings were covered with 3kg/m2 of bamboo leaves.The yield is lowest when seedlings were covered with 3kg/m2 of wood leaves.Therefore,it can be said that the three factors exert little influence on the agronomic traits of Phallus impudicus,but they will directly affect its yield.
