摘要

为探究不同饲料桑品种在榆林地区的适应性和生长状况,文章采用 Li-6400 便携式光合仪对丰驰1 号、丰驰 2 号、吴堡桑、荆桑、选七九二等 5 个饲料桑品种的光合特性进行了测定与比较研究,对不同光合指标进行了相关性分析.结果显示,不同饲料桑品种的光合特性存在显著差异,其中,丰驰 2 号的胞间CO2 摩尔分数显著高于其他品种,说明丰驰 2 号的光合速率较高;选七九二表现出较高的净光合速率和较低的气孔导度,表明其适应性较强且光能利用效率较高.该研究结果可为饲料桑品种的选择和优化种植管理提供参考.

Abstract

In order to investigate the adaptability and growth status of different feed mulberry varieties in Yulin area,this article used Li-6400 portable photosynthesis analyzer to measure and compare the photosynthetic characteristics of five feed mulberry varieties,including Fengchi No.1,Fengchi No.2,Wubaosang,Jingsang,and Xuanqijiuer,and conducted correlation analysis on different photosynthetic indicators.The results suggest that there were significant differences in the photosynthetic characteristics of different mulberry varieties,among which the intercellular CO2 mole fraction of Fengchi No.2 was significantly higher than that of other varieties,indicating that Fengchi No.2 had a higher photosynthetic rate;Xuanqijiuer showed a high net photosynthetic rate and low stomatal conductance,indicating its strong adaptability and high light utilization efficiency.The above results can provide reference for the selection of feed mulberry and optimization of planting management.
