Study on the Social Service Model for Agricultural Universities Incorporating the System of Science and Technology Correspondent——Based on the Experience of Cornell University's Social Service Model
Cornell University,as a pioneer in exploring social service functions in America,has developed a social service model with social service networks as the basis,service projects as the vehicle and social service evaluations as incentives.This model offered insights into how agricultural universities can leverage their advantages in technology,innovation,and talent to fulfill social service responsibilities.Drawing on the experience of Cornell University,this article proposes optimization paths such as perfecting the organizational structure of social services,expanding channels for obtaining funds,and strengthening incentives for social services,with a view to providing practical guidance and reference for agricultural universities.
