Current Status and Future Prospects of Anti-infective Drugs for Mucormycosis
Mucorosis is a kind of serious infection caused by mucorales fungi,which occurs in all kinds of severe immunodeficiency hosts.It is difficult to diagnose clinically,progress rapidly,treat difficultly and have high mortality.Antifungal therapy is an important means.In recent years,with the emergence of new antifungal drugs and new adjuvant therapies,the treatment of mucormycosis has made gratifying progress,bringing new hope for improving the prognosis of fatal infections.In order to improve the clinical treatment level of mucormycosis,combined with the treatment needs of mucormycosis in China,this paper reviewed it for research and clinical reference.
