Effects of Eucorrheal 25 Combined with Dagliazine on Blood Glucose Level and Insulin Resistance in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

摘要
目的 探究优泌乐25联合达格列净(DAPA)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者血糖水平及胰岛素抵抗的影响.方法 选取2020年1月～2022年11月某院接收的88例T2DM患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,即对照组(n=44)、观察组(n=44),均接受常规指导,对照组进行优泌乐25治疗,观察组进行优泌乐25联合DAPA治疗,时间为3个月.治疗前、后,比较两组血糖水平[空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)]、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)值,并比较不良反应发生率.结果 治疗后,两组FBG、2 h PG、HbAlc水平及HOMA-IR值均下降,FINS水平升高,且观察组变化更明显(P＜0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 优泌乐25联合DAPA治疗T2DM能够降低患者血糖水平,改善胰岛素抵抗,且不良反应少.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of eupraline 25 combined with DAPA on blood glucose level and insulin resistance in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).METHODS A total of 88 T2DM patients admitted to a hospital from January 2020 to November 2022 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,namely the control group(n=44)and the observation group(n=44),both of which received routine guidance.Based on this,the control group was treated with eudrin 25,while the observation group was treated with eudrin 25 combined with DAPA.The duration was 3 months.The blood glucose levels fasting blood glucose(FBG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose(2 h PG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR)and fasting insulin(FINS)values of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions was compared.RESULTS After treatment,the levels of FBG,2 h PG,HbAlc and HOMA-IR decreased in both groups were decreased,while FINS level was increased,and the change was more obvious in the observation group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).CONCLUSION In the treatment of T2DM,eudrin 25 combined with DAPA can reduce blood glucose level and improve insulin resistance,with fewer adverse reactions.
