Observation of Curative Effect of Bushen Huazhuo Granules on Hemodialysis Patients with Chronic Renal Failure
OBJECTIVE To investigate the therapeutic effect of Bushen Huazhuo granules on hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure(CRF).METHODS A total of 89 patients with CRF hemodialysis admitted to the hospital from May 2021 to October 2022 were divided into two groups according to the single tail number of patients admitted to the hospital:odd tolerance control group(45 cases)and even tolerance observation group(44 cases).The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Bushen Huazhuo granules.Efficacy,immune function indexes(T lymphocyte subsets CD3+、CD4+、CD8+),renal function indexes[blood creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,and CD8+in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of Scr and BUN were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).CONCLUSION Bushen Huazhuo granules can improve immune function and renal function with good safety in patients with CRF hemodialysis,which show good therapeutic effect.
