Application and Exploration of Performance Evaluation System for Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service
OBJECTIVE Application and exploration of performance evaluation system for pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS).METHODS Set up a performance evaluation team and develop a performance evaluation plan based on the department's situation.The performance evaluation score mainly consists of professional title benchmark score,workload score,error deduction score,and reward score,and ultimately bonus was allocated based on each person's performance evaluation score.RESULTS The implementation of performance evaluation had strengthened the work enthusiasm,sense of responsibility,and departmental cohesion of employees.CONCLUSIONS A reasonable performance evaluation plan can provide employees with a harmonious and enjoyable working environment,promote the overall improvement of PIVAS work level,and better ensure the quality of clinical services.However,further improvement is needed in refining workload statistics and increasing research performance incentives.
