Practice and Discussion on the Pharmacy Service Model of Smart Pharmacy in Hospital Fever Clinic
OBJECTIVE To explore the use of fever clinic smart pharmacy to bring convenience to patients while using modern information technology to build a new pharmacy service model to improve patient satisfaction.METHODS The drugs in the smart pharmacy medication catalog were embedded into the mini program by means of information technology in the form of audio,pictures,text,etc.The patient only needed to scan the QR code of the drug box to obtain the usages,precautions and other instructions of medications.RESULTS According to the construction and application requirements of the smart pharmacy in the fever clinic of the hospital,the traditional face to face dispensing and oral guidance were transformed into a self-service drug collection mode.Using information to solve patients'medication doubts,patients could scan the two-dimensional code of the medicine box through wechat to obtain detailed drug science popularization according to the guidelines,which was further improving the shortcomings of pharmaceutical service in the self-service drug pickup machine,and promoting the rational use of drugs by patients.CONCLUSION In the social environment of high-quality development,it is necessary to make good use of information technology to improve the gap of drug guidance in smart pharmacy and achieve continuous improvement of the quality of hospital pharmaceutical services.
