摘要
刺五加(Acanthopanax senticosu)是中国传统的兼具药用和食用功效,益气健脾、补肾安神的中药材,主要含皂苷、黄酮、酚类、多糖、木脂素、氨基酸等成分,具有抗疲劳、抗肿瘤、免疫调节及神经调节等药理作用.对刺五加的主要化学成分和药理作用,以及刺五加在临床、功能性饲料添加剂和功能性饮料等方面的应用现状进行总结,以期为刺五加的深入研究和开发利用提供参考.
Abstract
Acanthopanax senticosu(Rupr.et Maxim.)Harms is one of traditional Chinese herbal medicine with medicinal and therapeutic effects for invigorating qi,invigorating spleen,tonify the kidney,and induce sedation.The main components of Acanthopanax senticosu include saponins,flavonoids,phenolics,polysaccharides,lignans,amino acids compounds,etc.And these chemical compounds are related to pharmacological effects such as anti-fatigue,anti-tumor,immunomodulatory and neuromodulatory effects.The main chemical compositions and pharmacological effects of Acanthopanax senticosu,along with application of Acanthopanax senticosu in clinical,functional feed additives,functional beverages were summarized in this paper,with a view to providing references for the further research development and utilization of Acanthopanax senticosu.
