The Solution of Automatic Dispensing of Bulk Decoction Pieces in Medical Institutions Based on Whole Process Traceability Management
OBJECTIVE To explore the solution of automatic dispensing of bulk decoction pieces in medical institutions.METHODS By comparing the efficiency of manual dispensing and automatic dispensing,the advantages and disadvantages of bulk decoction pieces in clinical application and the dilemma of automatic dispensing of bulk decoction pieces were analyzed,and the application of automatic dispensing of standardized decoction pieces in hospital based on whole-process traceability management was discussed.RESULTS By establish the whole process quality control system of TCM decoction pieces,the whole process traceability management was carried out on the planting source,ecological conditions,planting and picking,production,quality,trade and clinic use of TCM decoction pieces.With ensuring the quality of TCM decoction pieces not be affected,its shape could be standardized to make it suitable for automatic dispensing by automatic equipment.CONCLUSION The combination of the two processes can improve the efficiency and quality of TCM decoction pieces dispensing in medical institutions,and better support the clinical application of TCM decoction pieces.
