摘要
目的 沙棘作为一种药食同源的植物,广泛应用于食品、医药、保健品等不同领域,不同部位(果实、叶子)也具有较大的研究意义.方法 本文对沙棘果、沙棘叶的化学成分、药理作用、应用现状等方面进行系统的梳理.结果 明确沙棘不同部位在成分以及作用等方面的差异,根据各个部位的生理活性研究出与其活性相近食品或药品提供方向.结论 进一步为沙棘的综合利用和保健行业的生产方向提供有力支持.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE As a medicinal and food homologous plant,Hippophae rhamnoides L.is widely used in different fields such as food,medicine and health products and other different fields.Different parts(fruit and leaf)of Hippophae rhamnoides L.also have great research significance.METHODS In this paper,the chemical composition,pharmacological effect and application status of Hippophae rhamnoides L.fruit and leaf were systematically reviewed.RESULTS The differences in components and effects of different parts of Hippophae rhamnoides L.were clarified,and the directions for providing food or drugs with similar activities were explored according to the physiological activities of each part.Conclusion This study further provides strong support for the comprehensive utilization of Hippophae rhamnoides L.and the production direction of health industry.
