黄精对高脂血症模型大鼠的降脂作用

目的 探讨黄精对高脂血症大鼠血脂等指标的影响。方法 将SD大鼠适应性喂养7 d后,采用随机数字表法随机分为空白组、模型组、阿托伐他汀钙组(9 mg·kg-1)和黄精组(1。35 g·kg-1),每组10只。除正常组外,其余连续乳剂灌胃30d,灌胃体积10mL·kg-1,从第16 d起,各给药组给相应浓度药液,空白组及模型组给与等量生理盐水,每日1次,连续14 d。观察大鼠体质量增长情况,肝组织病理变化,肝脏系数等情况。结果 与空白对照组对比,模型组大鼠的体质量明显减轻(P<0。01),与模型组对比,阿托伐他丁钙组及黄精组大鼠的体质量均显著增加(P<0。05,P<0。01)。与正常对照组比较,模型组大鼠肝脏系数显著上升(P<0。01);与模型组相比,阿托伐他丁钙组与黄精组大鼠肝脏系数显著降低(P<0。01);与空白组对比,模型组大鼠血清中TG、CHO及LDL含量显著上升(P<0。01);HDL含量降低(P>0。05)。与模型组对比,阿托伐他汀钙及黄精组TG、CHO及LDL含量显著降低(P<0。05,P<0。01),HDL含量增加(P>0。05);黄精组对大鼠肝细胞脂肪变性明显改善。结论 黄精可能通过降低高脂血症大鼠的异常血脂水平,对肝脏组织起到保护作用。
Effect of Huangjing on Lowering Lipid in Hyperlipidemia Model Rats
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of Huangjing on blood lipids and other indexes in hyperlipidemia rats.METHODS After 7 days of adaptive feeding,SD rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,atorvastatin calcium group(9 mg·kg-1)and Huangjing group(1.35 g·kg1)by random number table method,with 10 rats in each group.In addition to the normal group,the other groups were continuously gavaged with emulsionfor 30 days with an intragastric volume of 10 mL·kg-1.From the 16th day,each administration group was given the corresponding concentration of liquid medicine,and the blank group and model group were given the same amount of normal saline,once a day for 14 days.The weight increase,pathological changes of liver tissue and liver coefficient of rats were observed.RESULTS Compared with blank control group,the body weight of rats in model group was significantly reduced(P<0.01),and the body weight of rats in atorvastatin calcium group and Huangjing group were significantly increased(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with the normal control group,the liver coefficient of the model group was significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with model group,the liver coefficient of atorvastatin calcium group and Huangjing group was significantly decreased(P<0.01).Compared with blank group,the contents of TG,CHO and LDL in serum of model group were significantly increased(P<0.01).HDL content was decreased(P>0.05).Compared with model group,the contents ofTG,CHO and LDL in atorvastatin calcium and Huangjing groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01),and the contents of HDL were increased(P>0.05).Huang jing group significantly improved hepatic steatosis in rats.CONCLUSION Huangjing may have protective effect on liver tissue by reducing abnormal blood lipid level in hyperlipidemia rats.
