摘要
目的 研究整合素相互作用蛋白Kindlin-2在非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达及其与非小肺癌患者预后的相关性.方法 查阅2008～2018年在某院接受手术的256例非小细胞肺癌患者病历资料,收集相对应的组织蜡块标本,采用免疫组化方法检测Kindlin-2的表达并评分.检测Kindlin-2表达情况与非小细胞肺癌预后的关系.结果 Kindlin-2在非小细胞肺癌组织中的高表达率约51.6％(132/256).单因素和多因素分析均已表明Kindlin-2可以作为非小细胞肺癌总生存的独立预后因子.结论 Kindlin-2在非小细胞肺癌组织中高表达,在非小细胞肺癌中Kindlin-2可以作为其独立预后不良因子.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE Investigate the expression of integrin interacting protein Kindlin-2 in non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and its correlation with the prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer patients.METHODS Reviewing the medical records of 256 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who underwent surgery in a hospital from 2008 to 2018.Wax samples of non-small cell lung cancer tissues were collected,and the expression of Kindlin-2 was detected and scored by immunohistochemical method.To investigate the relationship between Kindlin-2 expression and prognosis of non-small cell lung cancer.RESULTS The high expression rate of Kindlin-2 in non-small cell lung cancer tissues was approximately 51.6％(132/256).Both univariate and multivariate analyses indicated that Kindlin-2 could be used as an independent prognostic factor for OS in non-small cell lung cancer patients.CONCLUSION Kindlin-2 is highly expressed in non-small cell lung cancer tissues,and overexpression of Kindlin-2 can be used as an independent prognostic factor for non-small cell lung cancer.
