摘要
目的 基于互联网技术构建以药师为主导的腹膜透析液配送服务模式.方法 患者通过透析云服务平台创建腹膜透析液配送单,经药师双人线上审核确认,推送至配送商安排配送并完成线上签收.结果 服务模式优化后全程高效线上操作、减少药品安全隐患、改善信息可追溯性、加强科普宣传和用药教育,且惠及面广,患者满意度高.结论 本研究在腹膜透析液配送模式上为患者提供了一种高效、便捷、可及性强的高质量药学服务,并使药师实现了信息化监管和高效管理.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE Based on internet technology,a pharmacist-led peritoneal dialysis delivery service model is established.METHODS Patients created delivery orders through the Dialysis Cloud Service platform,which could be reviewed and confirmed online by two pharmacists.The logistics company would get orders and arrange delivery to assigned places and complete the online receipts.RESULTS After the optimization of the delivery service mode,the whole process of efficient online operation can reduce drug safety hazards,improved information traceability,strengthened science popularization and drug education,and benefited a wide range of patients with high satisfaction.CONCLUSION This study peritoneal dialysis distribution mode provided an efficient,convenient,accessible and high-quality pharmaceutical care for patients,as well as information supervision and efficient management for pharmacists.
