摘要
簕菜是五加科(Araliaceae)五加属(Acanthopanax)的攀援灌木,为药食两用植物,含有萜类、酚类、多糖、黄酮、甾体、有机酸和脂肪烃等成分,其中二萜类、三萜类、酚类和多糖是主要活性成分.现代药理研究发现,簕菜具有抗炎镇痛、抗氧化、降血糖、抗肿瘤、抑菌和改善认知等活性.本文基于近年来公开发表的文献,对簕菜的化学成分和药理活性进行归纳和梳理,旨在为其深入研究和开发提供参考.
Abstract
Acanthopanax trifoliatus(L.)Merr,is a medicinal and edible plant containing terpenoids,phenols,polysaccharides,flavonoids,steroids,organic acids and aliphatic hydrocarbons,in which diterpenes,triterpenes,phenols and polysaccharides are the main active components.Modem pharmacological studies have found that A.trifoliatus has anti-inflammatory,analgesic,antioxidant,hypoglycemic,anti-tumor,antibacterial and cognitive improvement effects.Based on the published literature in recent years,this paper summarizes the chemical constituents and pharmacological actions of A.trifoliatus,in order to provide reference for its further research and development.
