摘要
美洲大蠊(Periplaneta americana L.)是传统的中药材,有活血散瘀、解毒消疳的功效,具有多种活性成分和广泛的药理作用,临床上常用于金创、外伤、烧伤、烫伤、溃疡、褥疮之创面及胃痛出血等疾病.近年来,美洲大蠊在消化系统疾病方面广泛应用,疗效显著.本文对近年来有关美洲大蠊的化学成分、防治消化系统疾病的药理作用及临床作用进行综述,为美洲大蠊药材的进一步研究和开发提供参考.
Abstract
The American cockroach(Periplaneta americana L.)is a traditional Chinese medicinal herb known for its effects on promoting blood circulation,dispersing blood stasis,detoxifying,and eliminating ulcers.It has a variety of active ingredients and exhibits a range of pharmacological effects.It is common clinical applications include treatment of wounds,trauma,burns,ulcers,bedsores,and stomach pain with bleeding.In recent years,the American cockroach has been widely used in the treatment of digestive system diseases,showing significant therapeutic effects.This article reviews the chemical composition,pharmacological effects related to the prevention and treatment of digestive system diseases,and clinical effects of the American cockroach in recent years,offering insight for further research and development of this medicinal material.
