Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common respiratory system disease that involves pathological processes such as inflammatory response,immune dysfunction,and oxidative stress.The clinical symptoms of COPD are categorized as"lung distension"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Based on the TCM pathogenesis characteristicsof"lung Qi deficiency",the formula Li Jin Fang has shown good therapeutic effects in multiple clinical studies.There have also been multiple animal experiments that have conducted in-depth research on the mechanism by which Li Jin Fang treats COPD at the molecular and cellular levels.This article summarizes the mechanism of its action,providing a reference for further experimental research and clinical application.
