超滤膜纯化白木香叶黄酮类化合物的工艺研究

目的 采用超滤膜对白木香叶提取液进行纯化,确定白木香叶黄酮类化合物的超滤膜纯化最佳工艺。方法 以硝酸铝显色法测定白木香叶中黄酮含量并以其为评价指标,考察在1×104Da有机膜下,不同稀释料液比、操作时间、操作温度、操作压力对白木香叶总黄酮截留率的影响,并确定最佳工艺条件。结果与结论 截流分子量为1×104Da有机超滤膜,不做稀释,操作时间30 min,操作温度40 ℃,操作压力0。2 MPa,此条件下超滤效果较好。
Purification of Flavonoids from Leaves of Aquilaria sinensis by Ultrafiltration Membrane
OBJECTIVE To purify the extract of Aquilaria sinensis leaves by ultrafiltration membrane and determine the optimal purification process for flavonoids in the leaves.METHODS The flavonoid content in Aquilaria sinensis leaves was determined by the aluminum nitrate chromogenic method.The evaluation index was the effects of different dilution ratios,operation times,temperatures,and pressures on the retention rate of total flavonoids with a 1 × 104 Da organic membrane.The optimal process conditions were studied.RESULTS and CONCLUSION Using a 1 ×104 Da organic ultrafiltration membrane without dilution,an operation time of 30 min,an operation temperature of 40 ℃,and an operation pressure of 0.2 MPa,the ultrafiltration effect was better under the conditions.
