Research Progress on the Preventive and Therapeutic Effects and Mechanisms of Paeoniflorin on Ischemic Stroke
Paeoniflorin is an active ingredient in traditional Chinese medicine with neuroprotective effects,and its research in the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke is receiving increasing attention,but the specific mechanism is still unclear.The reviews examines the neuroprotective effects of paeoniflorin on ischemic stroke through various mechanisms,including anti-inflammatory,antioxidant,inhibition of cell apoptosis,inhibition of autophagy,and protection of endothelial cells,in order to assess its practical effectiveness and safety in the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke.
