摘要

目的 响应国家"双碳"目标,利用先进的信息技术和"互联网+"思维,改变传统纸质药单的调剂模式,使用移动终端完成药品无纸化调剂的各节点操作,探索医院药学领域调剂服务的低碳化和智能化.方法 对目前医院药房的药品调剂、管理进行调研分析,设计、开发出1套可稳定运行、能替代现有传统纸质药单调剂方式的低碳智能化系统,并就运行情况进行数据对比及验证.结果 使用低碳智能调剂系统后,药房调剂服务成本、调剂时长、调剂差错等各项指标明显降低,调剂工作效率、药师工作满意度均有提升.结论 经过低碳智能调剂系统的优化后,住院药房药品调剂的效率、质量有了显著的提高.

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To align with the national goal of"dual-carbon",use advanced information technology and"Internet+"thinking,change the traditional paper-based drug list dispensing model.This involves using mobile terminals to complete all stages of paperless drug dispensing and exploring the low-carbon and intelligent aspects of dispensing service in the field of hospital pharmacy.METHODS Research and analysis were conducted on current drug dispensing and management practices in hospital pharmacies.Based on this,a stable,low-carbon,intelligent system was designed and developed to replace the traditional paper-based dispensing method.The system's performance was then compared and verified through data analysis.RESULTS After using the low-carbon intelligent dispensing system,the cost of pharmacy dispensing service,dispensing time,dispensing errors and other indicators were significantly reduced.Additionally,the efficiency of dispensing work and pharmacists'satisfaction with their work were improved.CONCLUSION After optimization the low-carbon intelligent dispensing system,the efficiency and quality of drug dispensing in inpatient pharmacy have been significantly improved.
