Study on optimization of the semi-bionic extraction conditions for monarch drugs of Fufang Jinqiancao based on response surface method
Objective To study on optimum conditions of semi-bionic extraction of the monarch drugs of Fufang Jinqiancao based on response surface analysis method. Methods The total flavonoids, total saccharides and dry extract with SEB theory were determined and compared by response surface analysis to optimize the extract conditions with the comprehensive grade as response value and contour line. Results The best semi-bionic extract conditions of the three monarch drugs of Fufang Jinqiancao were as follows: 100 ℃ temperature, 1 g: 35 mL solid-liquid ratio, extracting for three times, at pH4. 0,7. 0,8. 5 for each solutions and total time for 2. 5 h. The content for total flavonoids was 9. 91,62. 38 mg/g for saccharides, the yield of extract was 13. 86% and the comprehensive score was 467. 4. Conclusion The semi-bionic extraction of the three monarch drugs is better than the water decocting method. Response surface methodology combined with semi-bionic extraction can be applied to the extraction optimization of Fufang Jinqiancao, up to more exact demands for the variaion of influence factors and the experimental data.
